Most of our short term apartments offer the style of a quality hotel with all the comforts of a luxury home and are fully furnished and equipped with all the set of usual amenities, even down to crockery, cutlery and a hair dryer. We also offer weekly cleaning with all linens and extra towels provided.
All the accommodations we offer are secure and most of them come with a coded door at the common building entrance where code only available to residents as well as a reinforced door with solid reliable locks to each apartment.
How do I reserve an apartment?
There is a short reservation form placed at the right bottom corner of each apartment page. Please fill out your exact arrival date and departure date too, as well as your contact information and submit the form. We will check for your choice apartment availability and respond to your request via email or Skype in an appropriate time manner. If the apartment is not available we will suggest an alternative one equal by quality that is available for your dates.
To reserve the apartment you will need to place a reservation deposit. After we confirm that the apartment is available we will email you instructions on how to place a reservation deposit via Western Money Transfer System.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment reservation is made for a specific arrival and departure date. If later you need to change your arrival date you may lose your deposit but we will do everything we can to minimize your losses. The apartment's availability is reserved for the entire term of your stay and we refuse other customers that are interested in this specific apartment.
How and when will I pay for the apartment?
Your balance will need to be paid in cash upon check in to the apartment to our manager in cash, in full.
The balance payment can be made in USD, Euros or Hryvnias according to that day's National Bank rate. If you are using Euros or Hryvnias for your balance payment, we will be using that day's sell exchange rate for adjustment purposes. We will be glad to issue an invoice /receipt for each and every transaction.
Are electricity, natural gas and telephone charges included in the rental price?
Energy consumption is included in the rental price. The outgoing calls from apartment phone on the landline numbers within city of Kyiv area are free of charge.
Can I be picked up at the airport?
Yes, sure. We do provide such service. Our driver will meet you at the airport. He will be waiting outside of customs area in arrival hall with a sign that has your name on it.
Our driver will take you directly to your apartment. He will already know the address of your apartment and will take you directly there where our manager will check you in. This is a great and comfortable service. After a long flight most likely you will be tired and the airport is a confusing place. The cost of this service is $35.00.
If you rent one of our apartments on a term of more than fourteen nights the airport pick up will be provided to you complementarily and free of charge.
Please let us know in advance your flight arrival time and flight number.
Alternatively, if you choose your own means of transportation simply call us prior to your arrival and our manger will be dispatched to meet you at the apartment or any other place you will prefere to collect the balance and hand you the keys for the apartment.
Can my friend meet me at the airport with your driver?
Yes. We will gladly arrange for your friend to ride with our driver to the airport to pick you up. There may be an additional charge for this service regarding an extra driving distance. Please let us know in advance, if possible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If for some reason you are significantly delayed and we miss you please call us at +38(063)662-2318 or +38(067)404-5563 numbers.
At customs you will need to use an address for an Immigration Form. We would suggest to use an address of your Kiev apartment.
Will I be able to rent a cell phone if I need?
Yes. We will be happy to arrange a cell phone for you. This is a very common question our clients ask after their arrival and accommodation to an apartment. A cell phone is a very necessary device to have when you're in Kiev. You will not be in your apartment very much but will be out in the town. Therefore, if your friends need to contact you, or we need to contact you, you will not be available. Also, incoming calls are free to the receiver with cell phones in Ukraine. You will be able to e-mail your friend the telephone number and you can receive calls for free.
Can more than one person stay in the apartment?
The fee for the apartment is for rental of the apartment. You can have more than one person stay in the apartment and no additional charge will be asked.
Where are the offered apartments located?
All of our apartments are located in the center of Kiev or in a districts near the center of the city. In every description of an apartment we specify the walking or driving distance to the main street of the city. Just walk outside your door and there will be lots of cafeterias, restaurants, shops and any possible offices around.
Is Kiev center safe?
The very center of Kiev is probably the safest central area of any major cities in the world. Many of our customers were amazed by this fact. The only parties which have the keys to the apartments are us and the tenant. Further, almost all of the buildings feature entrance door codes and many contain full time or part time concierge . None of our clients have ever experienced any problems also. But, that is the center of Kiev...
What time is check-out check-in to your apartments?
Our check-out and check-in time is standard for apartment rentals as well as for all the hotel industry. Check-out time is 12:00 a.m. and check-in time is 1:00 p.m. If the mentioned time is inconvenient for you please let us know and we will try to schedule an early check-in or late check-out time for you.
Can I change my check-in date?
No, as your reservation deposit guarantees the apartment for the EXACT dates which you provided. However, if you notify us way in advance of your slight change in arrival date it is likely that we will be able to shift your reservation without any penalties.
Is there maid service?
Yes. You will have made service provided approximately every 4 days in general but no less than once a week. If you feel you need more frequent maid service we will be glad to arrange it for a little additional fee.
Many of our clients prefer privacy and therefore we would ask you to notify us exactly when you like to schedule maid service in your apartment. Please call our main phone numbers a day or two before to your desired maid service and let us know what time you would like the cleaning lady to visit your place.
How can I have my laundry done?
Most of our apartments in Kiev are supplied with washing machines and you can do your laundry by yourself just when you feel it's needed or our made can do it for you upon your previous request during a sceduled maid service. Please contact us a day or two before your preferred maid service day and time.
If you want your clothes to be washed or dry cleaned by professionals we will be glad to call a laundry service for you. A currier will visit your apartment to pick your laundry up as well and within some time you will have it delivered back.
Some of your apartments list High Speed Internet. Is there a charge for this?
In most of our places Internet connection is included in price and is unlimited with a good speed. Only about 20% of our apartments has limited Internet plans where we will be charged for your Internet usage. For the usual light surfing and email checking the charge will be small and consequently we will not charge you. But if you do lots of downloading and there is excessive traffic we will need to charge you for your Internet usage. Please descriptions to every specific apartment.
Will you require a security deposit ?
Depending on the apartment, security deposits ranging from $50 - $200 are required. If we choose to collect a security deposit, you will be issued an invoice stating the deposit is fully refundable provided everything within the apartment is returned in the original shape. An invoice is issued if the security deposit is collected.
Do you offer any discounts?
If you book one of our Kiev apartments for more than 14 nights we will arrange your transportation from the airport for free. The departure ride back to the airport is not included in the offer. Please inform us about your flight arrival time and we will personally pick you up and your ride is on us. Furthermore, we can of course offer attractive discounts for longer stays and offer weekly and monthly rates for your stay in Kiev.
